Return policy:

1.In which circumstance, we provide replacement?

A: if customer find the item is not the same as actual picture or description. or there is some defect or broken on item, we provide replacement. Return request must be no later than 3 business days from the day you received it. If you find you have not been interested in or do not like certain items any more, we don't accept replacement.

B. When you received package, and find defective items, you should tell us in next 3 days. If long time later over 7 days, we can not verify defective item is from us , or broken by customer. So it is difficult to adjudge who charge liability.

C. When we get the items you sent back, we will verify if back item is in good condition. We will send new replacement to you by AIR MAIL POST OFFICE. and we charge shipping delivery fee. it takes 8 - 14 days.

D. If you place a new order, then we will send them together in one package.in this way, you needn't pay shipping cost for the exchanged items.
