WARRANTY
We provide all our customers with a 12-month warranty for any of our high quality replicas. This warranty covers manufacturers defects on any part of the watch, water damage causing movement problems or any other failure of the watch due to manufacturer. This warranty does not cover damage which is intentional and/or due to negligence. Our goal is to make you a happy customer so if there is any manufactures defect please return the watch as soon as possible.
1 . How should I do if I receive a damaged ?
All of our products are subject to a stringent quality control procedure. However in the unlikely event this problem should occur, we will exchange . Below condition we can't accept exchange:
(1) Over 2 days after you receive the goods. You must inform us within 1 days after you have received the package (receive date is based on our carrier's tracking system) for return or exchange
(2) man-made damage.
(3) The products are used by customer.
(4) Customer open the backcase by himself
2 . How should I do if the used product are damage or broken ?
Within 7 days, used product can only be repaired for free of charge if customer sends it back to us, but the shipping cost should be paid by customer. more than 7 days
Notice: We don't promise all kind of damage can be repaired. But we will try our best to do that.
